Burglary prevention and 911 presentation at the Safety committee meeting on March 27
5th Precinct Crime Prevention Specialists and the Lieutenant in charge of investigating property crimes will present information on preventing burglary, using 911 and 311 effectively, and how property crimes are investigated.

Fulton neighborhood crime reports
February 6 Between 7 and 8 a.m., an unknown suspect entered a garage on the 5200 block of Vincent through an unlocked service door. The suspect rummaged through an unlocked vehicle which was parked inside and took change and a roll of quarters.
February 11 Between 6 p.m. and 9:30 a.m., an unknown suspect broke into a vehicle which was parked on the street on the 5000 block of Abbott, rummaged through it, and took two unlisted items and change.
March 9 Between 8:20 and 9:50 p.m., an unknown suspect forced open the back door of a home on the 5100 block of Upton and took unlisted items.

Forced entry property crimes
February 2 Between 7:00 and 9:30 p.m., an unknown suspect entered a vehicle which was parked on the street on the 5400 block of Washburn in Armatage, rummaged through the glove box, and took the insurance card.
February 8 Between 3:00 and 3:20 p.m., suspects forced open the front door of a home on the 3800 block of Upton in Linden Hills and took unlisted item(s).
February 9 At about 8:55 a.m., a suspect broke into a home on the 6100 block of Penn in Armatage through a basement window. The suspect fled on foot.
February 14 Between February 14 and 16, an unknown suspect broke the window of a vehicle which was parked in the driveway of a home on the 4200 block of Linden Hills Blvd and reached inside to check out some cardboard boxes, which contained books. There was no loss.
February 21 Between February 21 and 25, an unknown suspect forced entry to a home on the 6000 block of Newton in Armatage and took unlisted items.
March 7 Between 8:15 a.m. and 5:55 p.m., an unknown suspect burglarized a home on the 4600 block of Bryant in Lynnhurst and took items including jewelry, two laptop computers, and a handgun.
March 9 Between 12:45 and 9:30 p.m., an unknown suspect kicked in the back door of a residence on the 6000 block of Washburn in Armatage and took items including several firearms.
February 7 From February 7 to 9, an unknown suspect stole a vehicle which was parked in the rear driveway of a home on the 4700 block of Colfax in Lynnhurst. The keys were in the vehicle.
February 9 Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., an unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle which was parked on the street on the 4400 block of Chowen in Linden Hills and took sunglasses and other unlisted items.
February 19 Between midnight and 8:35 a.m., an unknown suspect stole a vehicle from the driveway of a home on the 4400 block of Xerxes in Linden Hills. The victim was unsure if the vehicle was locked and if the keys were inside.
February 29 Between February 29 and March 10, an unknown suspect entered a residence on the 5700 block of Washburn in Armatage without permission and took unlisted items.
January 30 At about 4:50 a.m., officers responded to a vehicle accident at 59th & Penn in Armatage. 21-year-old Kristen Arlene Blaisdell of Shakopee was arrested for driving while intoxicated, no insurance on a motor vehicle, and a felony narcotics violation.
February 2 At about 10:50 a.m. at Crosstown Highway 62 & Xerxes Ave, police cited 37-year-old Jennifer Christine McGlynn, who listed the Salvation Army Harbor Light shelter at 1010 Currie Ave as her address, for aggressive panhandling.
February 2 Police arrested 41-year-old Robert Wayne Kvam of 2739 Cedar Ave at an address on the 4500 block of France Ave in Linden Hills for failure to register as a predatory offender. Kvam, a.k.a. Kratzke, has prior convictions in Minnesota for disorderly conduct (3), open bottle (2), driving while intoxicated (2), domestic assault (2), violating an order for protection (3), offering a forged check (4), check forgery (3), theft of services, theft (7), escape from custody, and 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
February 20 At about 8:45 p.m., a witness at West Minnehaha Parkway & Dupont Ave in Lynnhurst observed a male suspect who was wearing no clothing except for a pair of high heels. The suspect fled to his vehicle and left the area. Officers located the suspect, who was transported to a hosptial for treatment for cuts to his feet from wearing the high heels in the snow. 63-year-old Stephen Roy Dombeck of Maple Grove was arrested for indecent exposure, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a felony warrant out of Washington County for 5th degree possession of drugs. Dombeck has prior convictions in Minnesota for disorderly conduct, driving while intoxicated, and 5th degree felony possession of drugs (2).
March 10 At about 7:55 p.m., a suspect entered a stranger’s vehicle on the 5800 block of Bryant in Kenny without the owner’s permission. 53-year-old Kelly Jo Sobanski of Oakdale was cited for tampering with a motor vehicle. The vehicle owner made a citizen’s arrest.
