Fulton neighborhood crime reports
August 10 Between 9 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., an unknown suspect stole a grill, cover, and propane tank from the driveway of a home on the 5200 block of Xerxes.
August 14 Between noon and 2 p.m., an unknown suspect stole a bike which was parked behind the Holiday Station at 3700 West 50th St.
August 14 Between 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m., an unknown suspect broke into a home on the 5100 block of Vincent, took unlisted items, and stole a vehicle.

Forced entry property crimes
August 10 Between 10 p.m. August 10 and 1:30 p.m. August 11, an unknown suspect threw a brick paver at the back door of a home on the 3800 block of Drew in Linden Hills, breaking the outside pane of the window. The suspect did not gain entry and no loss was reported.
August 12 Between 12:30 and 10 a.m., an unknown suspect burglarized a garage on the 5000 block of Aldrich in Lynnhurst and spray painted graffiti on the garage and on a vehicle.
August 17 Between 1:30 and 11 p.m., an unknown suspect used an unknown tool to gain entry to a home on the 6100 block of Penn in Armatage and took unlisted items.
August 19 Between 11:45 p.m. and 5 a.m., an unknown suspect entered an occupied home on the 5000 block of Aldrich in Lynnhurst, took unlisted item(s), and then stole a vehicle which was parked in the rear driveway.
August 20 Between 2 and 5 a.m., an unknown suspect broke a window of a vehicle which was parked at an address on the 5000 block of Aldrich in Lynnhurst and took unlisted item(s).
August 22 At about 7:40 p.m., an officer reported an incident at an address on the 4700 block of Bryant in Lynnhurst. The passenger side window of a vehicle had been broken out and a car stereo stolen.
August 22 Between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m., an unknown suspect entered a vehicle which was parked in front of a home on the 5800 block of Colfax in Kenny and stole quarters. The reporting person stated that the suspect also”stole a feminine napkin later used to wipe after taking a huge dump in our driveway.”
August 23 Between 11:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., an unknown suspect broke the driver’s side rear window of a vehicle which was parked at a home on the 2200 block of West 49th St in Lynnhurst. No loss was reported.
August 7 Between August 7 and 9, an unknown suspect entered a garage on the 5700 block of Russell in Armatage via an unlocked service door and took unlisted items.
August 8 Between 4:00 and 6:30 p.m., an unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle which was parked at an address on the 5900 block of Oliver in Armatage and took unlisted items(s).
August 12 Between 8:30 p.m. and 6:15 a.m., an unknown suspect entered an unlocked shed in the back yard of a home on the 5800 block of Oliver in Armatage and took unlisted items.
August 14 An unknown suspect entered a home on the 4100 block of York in Linden Hills through an unlocked rear door and took unlisted items.
August 17 Between 11:30 a.m. and noon, an unknown suspect entered an open, unattended garage on the 5400 block of Colfax in Kenny and took two bikes.
August 19 Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., an unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle which was parked at an address on the 1200 block of West Minnehaha Parkway and used a garage door opener inside to gain access to the garage. Two bikes were taken.
August 21 Between 11:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m., an unknown suspect entered a garage on the 5200 block of Girard in Lynnhurst through an unlocked service door and took a bike.
August 6 At about 2:55 p.m., police at Thomas Beach, 3700 Thomas Ave in Linden Hills, cited 27-year-old Erin Joy Rischer of Coon Rapids for possession of liquor in a park.
August 9 At about 11:50 p.m., officers were at 59th & York in Armatage trying to locate a stolen cell phone via GPS. A male on a bike rode by and the GPS indicated that the phone was in the immediate area. Officers stopped the male, who was wanted for a Department of Corrections felony warrant. 24-year-old Steven Jerome Bailey, no permanent address, was arrested for the warrant. Bailey was on parole for 1st degree aggravated robbery and is now due to be released from prison on 2/25/13 and then on parole again until 5/4/14. Bailey also has a prior conviction for 1st degree aggravated robbery. It appears that Bailey was not involved in the cell phone theft.
August 12 Between 1 and 10 a.m., an unknown suspect keyed a vehicle which was parked at an address on the 6000 block of Thomas in Armatage, scratching a swastika on the driver’s side rear door and the phrase “fag bitch” on the front door. The suspect also threw eggs and tomatoes at the home.
August 13 At about 8:50 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle which failed to stop at a Stop sign at 54th & Girard in Lynnhurst. A 17-year-old male front seat passenger was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
August 16 At about 5 p.m., a suspect assaulted a victim with a dangerous weapon on the 6000 block of Newton in Kenny.
August 17 At about 4:05 a.m., officers were dispatched to the rear of an address on the 5300 block of Knox in Lynnhurst regarding an intoxicated male who appeared to be lost. Officers found the suspect on a street corner, calling home for a ride. 19-year-old Grant Thomas Haugen of 3304 West 56th St was cited for consumption of liquor by a minor and transported home.
