Fulton neighborhood crime reports
June 8 Between 10 p.m. June 8 and 12:30 p.m. June 9, an unknown suspect entered an unsecured garage on the 4700 block of Washburn and took a bike.
June 22 Between 2:15 and 6:00 p.m., an unknown suspect stole a bike from an address on the 5300 block of Abbott. The bike was in a driveway, unsecured, leaning against a garage.
June 26 Between 2:30 and 2:45 a.m., an unknown suspect entered a home on the 5200 block of Vincent through an unlocked door and took unlisted item(s). The suspect also entered an unlocked vehicle which was parked in the driveway and rummaged through it; there was no loss. Police responded and attempted to track the suspect with a K-9 unit, but the suspect was not found.
June 26 At about 9 p.m., a motor vehicle theft was reported at West Lake Harriet Parkway & Thomas Ave.
July 2 At about 3:05 p.m., 19-year-old Kevon Devante-Rayshun Ousley of Edina was arrested for burglary of dwelling at an address on the 5100 block of Xerxes. Ousley was subsequently charged with burglary. He posted bail and was released on July 4 with a court appearance set for July 18. Ousley has prior convictions in Hennepin County for giving police a false name and theft by swindle.
July 3 Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., an unknown suspect stole a motorcyle from an address on the 4900 block of Sheridan.
The Fulton Safety Committee will meet on Tuesday, July 29, at 7 p.m.
