Fulton neighborhood crime reports
March 12 At about 1 p.m., police at an address on the 4900 block of Beard cited the following persons for loitering with intent to buy or sell narcotics: 17-year-old male; 18-year-old Edwin Geovani Domingo-Vicente of 2825 Oakland Ave; 18-year-old Gustav Haldor Palmquist of 2436 Bryant Ave South; 18-year-old Rajel Demmerick Whittenberg of 6061 Dupont Ave South. 18-year-old Cale Shelby Snyker of 1117 West 60th St was cited for loitering with intent to buy or sell narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a petty misdemeanor narcotics violation.
March 13 At about 11:05 p.m., officers responded to 48th & Upton on a complaint about several juveniles wandering around the neighborhood, smoking, and causing a disturbance. A 17-year-old male was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and a petty misdemeanor narcotics violation and released to his parents.
March 19 Between 8:30 and 8:10 a.m., suspects stole unlisted items from a car parked at Jardin Magico Spanish Immersion Day Care and Preschool, 5101 France Ave. The incident was captured on video.
March 23 At about 10:05 p.m., suspects started a fire in a dumpster at Pershing Park, 3523 West 48th St. The Fire department responded. A witness gave police a description of the suspects. Four similar fires were reported that night at Armatage Park, Lynnhurst Park, Lyndale Farmstead Park, and Todd Park.
The Fulton Safety Committee will meet on Tuesday, April 28, at 7 p.m.
