Lunar New Year 2026

We’re excited to bring back Fulton’s Lunar New Year Celebration on Saturday, February 28, 2026 — welcoming the Year of the Horse!

It will be held at Pershing Park Recreation Center from 11am – 2pm.

We are working on our final lineup but this is what you can expect.

• Children’s Storytime 
  Rose Lani Music and Stacey for ASL are back, New this year is that we are offering Vietnamese w/ Allison
• Mahjong Lessons & Demos 
  We will be sharing American style Mahjong this year with our instructor Mary Lunn
• Arts & Crafts with North Star Art Club and  Mélanie Heu-Kanow 
  We will be having crafts and a coloring pages station
• Face Painting with Claudia Howard & Daniela Jimenez from PinkGiraffeMX
  Very popular — we’re adding one more face painter this year!
• Scavenger Hunt for All Ages
• Photo Booth with NexGen Events & Design
• Food Vendors:
  • Hana Bistro Food Truck
  • Thirsty Dragon Drinks
