Open House and Q & A for Proposed Development at 51st & Ewing

Adam Smith, property owner of the rental houses at 5048,5052 and 5056 Ewing Ave S, is proposing a three story apartment building with14 units and enclosed garage parking. Adam and his development team will holdan open house on Jan. 10 to show interested neighbors the plans, answerquestions, respond to any concerns, etc.
The project will require a change in zoning designationfor the properties and a 4 foot side set-back variance along 51st toaccommodate two additional parking spaces inside the garage.
