Stop into participating stores for some sweet treats for the kiddos and special promotions/prizes for the grown-ups! Costumes are encouraged and we can't wait to see everyone dressed up for this fun event.   Join us for a trick-or-treat experience with over 50 participating retailers and treats for now and later!

Tinto Kitchen will be hosting a Ward 13 Forum for all four candidates: Linea Palmisano - D (Incumbent) Kate Mortenson - D Zach Metzger - D Bob Carney - R October 30th, 7:00pm at Tinto Kitchen  Address: 4959 Penn Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55419 Additional Information: All attendees will receive one drink ticket for a complimentary select beer, house wine and NA beverage. This will be a moderated event. Moderators will be: Charlie Rybak, SWVoice charlie@southwestvoices.news Blois Olson, Fluence Media bolson@fluence-media.com Toussaint Morrison, OnSite Public Media toussaint.morrison@gmail.com Moderators will be collaborating as a team to develop questions for our candidates. Constituents may submit suggested questions via e-mail to the moderators prior to the event by Monday, October 23rd. There is no guarantee submitted questions will be chosen. Candidates will have 2 minutes to answer questions with a :20 second warning of time lapsing. After the moderator questions conclude at 8:00 pm each candidate will stay to allow the opportunity for Q/A from constituents individually. Fulton Caroling Party

What is a Caroling Party? Looking to spread joy this holiday season? Join Fulton neighbors and park staff as we sing carols and spread cheer to each other and our surrounding neighbors. We will meet inside Pershing Park Recreation Center and head outside together to sing. Afterward, we will meet back at the park for warm drinks and snacks and even bingo if time allows.   What songs will we sing? Linked here is a copy of the songbook we will be singing from.  We will most likely be singing easy songs for people to sing for example Jingle Bells, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Deck the Halls, Let it Snow, Silver Bells, It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, Up on the House Top, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.  Do I need to be a professionally trained singer to participate?
