Tinto Kitchen will be hosting a Ward 13 Forum for all four candidates: Linea Palmisano - D (Incumbent) Kate Mortenson - D Zach Metzger - D Bob Carney - R October 30th, 7:00pm at Tinto Kitchen  Address: 4959 Penn Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55419 Additional Information: All attendees will receive one drink ticket for a complimentary select beer, house wine and NA beverage. This will be a moderated event. Moderators will be: Charlie Rybak, SWVoice charlie@southwestvoices.news Blois Olson, Fluence Media bolson@fluence-media.com Toussaint Morrison, OnSite Public Media toussaint.morrison@gmail.com Moderators will be collaborating as a team to develop questions for our candidates. Constituents may submit suggested questions via e-mail to the moderators prior to the event by Monday, October 23rd. There is no guarantee submitted questions will be chosen. Candidates will have 2 minutes to answer questions with a :20 second warning of time lapsing. After the moderator questions conclude at 8:00 pm each candidate will stay to allow the opportunity for Q/A from constituents individually.
