France Ave Development Meeting

Representatives of Shafeco Development, LLC will present two redevelopment plans:
5117, 5121 and 5129 France Ave S are proposed to become a four-story, 17 unit condominium building with underground parking.
5337 France Ave S is proposed to become a three-story, 5 unit condominium building with 10 at-grade enclosed parking stalls.
