The Fulton Neighborhood Association has the opportunity to partner with other neighborhoods and the city to help create more affordable housing in Minneapolis by supporting the housing project by Pride for Project in Living. To learn more about this work, see this post.
To do so, we need to change wording on our NRP Phase Two action plan to be more inclusive. The board has approved the following change (underlined):
Establish a fund that would allow flexibility in providing loans or grants to facilitate identified incentives for home improvement. NRP funds may be used for affordable housing projects in the neighborhood or elsewhere in the City as developed by the Housing Committee and approved by the FNA Board.
This post marks the beginning of a 21-day notice period. After 21 days paperwork will be submitted to the city to implement this language change. If you have any questions, please email info@fultonneighborhood.org
