Fulton and Lynnhurst neighborhoods are jointly considering the pursuit of a Small Area Plan for 50th St. between France and Lyndale Avenues. This plan could address development, zoning, housing, parking, growth, density, etc. along the commercial nodes of 50th St.
Board representatives of both neighborhoods have been meeting to further research the issue and gain insight as to the most effective way to affect change.
A public meeting will be held on Thurs., May 1 from 7-8:30 p.m. at Lynnhurst Community Center (1345 W. Minnehaha Pkwy.) to discuss the information learned as well as next steps.
