Fulton and Lynnhurst neighborhoods are jointly considering the pursuit of a Small Area Plan for 50th St. between France and Lyndale Avenues. This plan could address development, zoning, housing, parking, growth, density, etc. along the commercial nodes of 50th St.
Board representatives of both neighborhoods will be meeting on Mon., Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. at Pershing Park to discuss the possible scope of the project and budget. The meeting is open to the public.
