To cover our current budget, the Fulton Neighborhood Association (FNA) is proposing a budget plan modification, in conformance with the guidelines of the Neighborhood and Community Relations Department of the City of Minneapolis. This modification would shift a total of $25,000 from FNA’s currently uncontracted Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP)
funds to our 2026 operating budget, covering costs including Fulton neighborhood events (i.e. Fall Festival, Annual meeting, and environmental-related activities for youth at Pershing Park), the Fulton Small Grants Program, the Fulton Newsletter, and Staff Support.
