There will be a hearing to gather public opinion and solicit comments regarding the application from Don Raul (new restaurant located at 4953 Xerxes Ave S) for an On-Sale Wine with Strong Beer Class (E) license. They also intend to have 32 seats in a private outdoor patio.

Don Raul’s owner, Hector Ruiz, will be in attendance at the FNA meeting on November 14 to inform the neighborhood about the new restaurant and answer any questions. Since this local opportunity is one day after the public hearing, Ward 13 Council Member Linea Palmisano has agreed to receive any further feedback and present that to be considered by the City Council at their final vote on the license application on Nov. 16.
The FNA meeting will be held on Wed., Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. at Pershing Park. All are welcome.
