The Community Development & Regulatory Services Committee will consider amending Chapters 360, 362, and 363 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances. If approved, food to alcohol sales ratios will be eliminated for restaurants that sell alcohol and all alcohol establishments will be required to meet new operating standards including employing a certified alcohol manager.
