Summer Story Strolls

Join us this summer for a series of story strolls! Put on by FNA's Racial Equity Committee, Hennepin County Library, and Minneapolis Parks. May 16-18 🐝“The Thing about Bees”🐝 The theme of the story is  a tribute to the bees that pollinate the foods we love to eat. Children are introduced to different kinds of bees, "how not to get stung," and how the things we fear are often things we don't fully understand. Want to further the conversation? Check out this parent guide with more books and activities. Bonus: Join the Pershing Park Picnic on 5/18 after seeing the story stroll! Save the date for our upcoming story strolls, even of which will have a special event on one of the days! June 6-9: Last Stop on Market Street + Food Drive June 13-16: Are Your Stars Like My Stars + Cookies from a local bakery  July 11-14: My Heart Fills with Happiness
