Fulton Neighborhood Association is proposing a modification of its NRP Phase II Plan. Funding will be reallocated between existing strategies to allow us continue with community engagement, events, security rebates, communications, etc. for 2020. A vote will be taken at the FNA meeting on Feb. 12.
