Mark your calendars to join us for the virtual Fulton Annual Meeting on October 13. We will celebrate our Friend of Fulton awards winners, have a presentation about the Charter Amendments and get updates from our elected city and state representatives.
We will also be electing up to nine seats on the FNA Board. Board members serve a two-year term with half the seats filled each year. Our goal is to have a board that represents the demographics of those who live in Fulton. We encourage all who are interested to apply – renters and BIPOC strongly encouraged! Individuals who reside or own property in the Fulton neighborhood, or who are the sole designated representative of a business, religious institution, or school in the Fulton neighborhood, are eligible (must be 18 or over).
If you are interested in running, please contact us at info@fultonneighborhood.org. We will send you an application which will then be used to create a Voter Guide (application also available online here.) All applications due by Oct. 11 at 5 p.m. Candidates will be introduced at the Annual Meeting on Oct. 13 and any further nominations will be sought. Online voting will begin at 9 a.m. on Oct. 14 and will run through 5 p.m. on Oct. 20.
