Adam Smith, property owner of the rental houses at 5048, 5052 and 5056 Ewing Ave S, is proposing a three story apartment building with 14 units and enclosed garage parking. Adam and his development team will hold an open house on Jan. 10 to show interested neighbors the plans, answer questions, respond to any concerns, etc.
The project will require a change in zoning designation for the properties and a 4 foot side set-back variance along 51st to accommodate two additional parking spaces inside the garage.
